Valentin BLONDIAU is a PhD Student at LabSIC under the supervision of Yanita ANDONOVA. He began his research in September 2025. His work examines the impact of international crises on the discourse, stances, and roles of leaders in private organizations.
His research involves analyzing organizations through the lens of the underlying tensions between their ecological transition (including digital transformation) and a dynamic of disorganization and reorganization that permeates and transforms them, referred to as the “geocommunication approach to organizations”
