Her work focuses in particular on media regulation, mediated political expression (television and online activism), and the role of independent online journalism. More recently, her research investigates the platformization of media and cultural production, analyzing how these processes reshape the production, circulation, and interpretation of cultural content, while remaining embedded in specific sociocultural contexts.
